After upgrading to version 10 from version 9.3, SAP font size changed to bigger than 10 and fields on BP master and item master data screen are jammed together. This is only happening using SAP client on terminal server(Full desktop version and Remote desktop published App)
Resolution:
When changing the font/font size under General Settings: Font & Bkgd Tab, if nothing has been defined under 'Users Defaults' or 'Users-Setup' windows, then the settings are applied at the company level. However, they will only reflect after the user's next logon. Thus, if the user logged on while the change was done, he/she will need to log off and back on to see the change in font/font size.
Please check the b1-current-user.xml file under your Windows profile. Default location:
C:\Users\#####\AppData\Local\SAP\SAP Business One\b1-current-user.xml and right click on the xml file and choose the option edit. Search for the keyword "FontSize" and in front of <value> verify what is the value. Should be 10. if not please change it to 10, save the file, log off and on again with the affected users. The font size should be 10.
