Using the Help Menu

SAP Business One is a powerful program – there’s so much you can do with it. But as a new user (or maybe even a seasoned one), you’re bound to have questions. We all have those tasks that we complete every day and they just become so routine, you could do them in your sleep. But then there’s the infrequent tasks that maybe you haven’t done in a few months and you sort of remember, but not quite…

If this sounds familiar, or if you have new team members that you’re training on the system, the SAP Business One Help menu is going to be your best friend. With just the click of a button, it pulls up an entire library of instructional information. And it’s all organized by business process, so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.

Say you have a question about generating forecasts in MRP – simply open up the Help menu and navigate to MRP > Managing Forecasts. Or you can use the Search tab and input your question. Whichever way you go about it, you have a wealth of useful information right at your fingertips without leaving the application. No need to waste time searching Google for the right answer to your question!
