The new Resource module in SAP Business One version 9.1 gives you the ability to easily assign machine and labour resources to any given Bill of Materials (BOM) and Production Order. Get a clear visual of your labour capacity ahead of time, so you can plan accordingly. Keep a close eye on quantity and cost variances between your planned and actual resources, so you know which stations and individuals are overloaded. Break down your production costs by component, resource and by-product (scrap materials), so you can clearly see how each element contributes to your total product cost.
