Problem: SAP Business One application does not respond (hangs, stuck).

When SAP Business One is running on a Hosting system, it means the actual application runs on a different computer. The local machine only connects to the remote machine. So, for example, if you close the local application using Task Manager, it will only close the connection to the remote computer and not the actual SAP application. This means usually when you try to connect back the program will still be stuck. The best way to handle that is by sending us an e-mail to open a support ticket (we will be able to close the application from the server side).
