Most SAP Business One users are familiar with User-defined Fields (UDFs), which allow you to capture information that's unique to your business. User-defined Objects (UDOs) function much the same way, by allowing you to create a new object (or window) in SAP Business One. They provide a simple interface to display unique information that isn't available in standard SAP Business One documents (e.g. Bill of Lading or Customs information). The information in your User-defined Objects can be used in queries, Crystal Reports and integrations with external applications, making them a powerful tool.
Watch the video to learn more about UDOs and how you can use them in your system.
